Your rulebook. Your operation. Our platform.
NEKOSPORT is built in-house, in Colombia. You do not depend on a foreign software house: whatever your federation needs — a category rule, a score sheet, a tie-break criterion — goes straight into our work plan.

How we work a requirement
This is how every feature running on the platform today came to be. Nothing is built on assumptions.
Discovery
We learn the rule as it is applied in your tournaments.
Specification
Edge cases and acceptance criteria, written down and approved.
Build
Every feature ships with automated tests.
Validation
You try it in a practice tournament, with real data and no risk.
Release
It goes live at the official tournament, with our support.
What you need. Nothing more.
Everything runs in the browser. A stable network with good coverage over the areas is the most important part of the operation.
One device per tatami
A computer or tablet for the control table.
Screen for the audience
Optional: a TV or projector connected to the table.
Each judge's phone
Nothing to install. It connects by QR.
Internet at the venue
A stable local network covering the areas.
Let's see it with your tournament.
We set up a practice tournament with your category structure and walk through it together: registration, draw, scoreboards, judges by QR and score sheets.
- Live demonstration with your technical team
- Requirements workshop
- Pilot tournament with full support
- Service and support agreement
Request received
We will write to the email you gave us to agree on a date for the demo.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to buy consoles or refereeing buttons?
No. Judges score from their own phone or tablet, connecting with a QR code the table generates. Any device with a browser and a connection works.
Do judges and the public need to create an account?
No. Judges join with the link or QR of their post, and the public browses the schedule and brackets freely. Only the organizer and the clubs have a login.
What happens to the information when the tournament ends?
Seventy-two hours after the end date the tournament closes by itself: it stays available to read and nobody can change a result. Each tournament keeps its own copy of athletes and categories.
What do we need at the venue?
A computer or tablet per tatami, each judge's phone and stable internet with good coverage over the areas. A TV or projector for the audience is optional but recommended.
